Pamela Taylor has a strong background in European energy regulation, having worked at Ofgem for nearly 10 years, leaving as an Associate Partner, who managed a 23 person team, responsible for gas and electricity market policies in the UK and Europe. She was also responsible for representing Ofgem at the European Agency for Energy regulators, ACER, and for chairing working groups on a number of the European network codes. Pamela brings a deep knowledge of the regulation and rules for operating in the European energy markets. During her time in Ofgem and as a consultant, Pamela has worked on a range of projects designing the market rules for the energy markets, to promote security of supply and to advise clients on investigations into potential reviews of the energy sector or abuses of competition law.
Pamela has a Masters in European Policy from the College of Europe, Bruges and a diploma from the Institut d’etudes politiques (IEP) in Paris.
