After a merchant marine officer education and few years at sea, Jean Lemonnier joined a piping company for managing international sales from France, including 5 years expatriation period in KSA. Jean Lemonnier joined Gaz de France in 2000 as an LNG and shipping expert. This position was the occasion to participate in new projects such as Dahej, Idku, Melkoya, Rabaska, new LNG carriers for Gaz de France and 3rd party access contractual and operational matters. The spin-off of french LNG terminals from GDF SUEZ group was the occasion for Jean Lemonnier to come back to sales as Head of sales and scheduling for ELENGY terminals from 1st January 2009. The activity here has been to manage the access contract for scheduling shipper’s subscription use (maintenance works, cargo delivery and send-out program) of the three French regulated terminals and starting Fos-Cavaou in 2010. From 2012 Jean Lemonnier and his team have successfully arranged scheduling of new LNG logistical services such as reloading, transshipment and truck loading to answer market needs.
